I have a stock '46 Super Deluxe Coupe 69A-72B. Your serial number is higher than mine, which makes me think that your car was built in late '46, as mine was. Looking in my EFV8 book, page 5-7 shows that Ford changed to the 59A-9350-A fuel pump, which has a glass bowl. That should be what you have if your car was a late '46 build. However, this may not apply for a vehicle that was built/shipped to Columbia.

Searching past history/owners is mostly a futile effort. The only way to do it is finding at least one past owner. As for your ID number you cannot get any info on that from any state DMV office due to privacy rights. If you have any old paperwork with the car that would be your starting point.
