'50 Ford Crestliner Thinking of switching out my full hubcaps to baby moons with trim rings. Can someone tell me the correct baby moons to use for that period? I'm thinking of ones with Ford script. Thanks in advance for any help.

"Correct on your car" is an oxymoron. Baby moon caps are NOT correct on your car - period. So, I suppose any that will fit are "correct" for you.

Thanks for the correction! I guess when it comes down to it, I'm not a full hubcap with wide whitewalls kinda guy.

What do wsw tires have to do with baby moon hubcaps? They don't come together in a package, you pick one or the other or both or neither.

"dog dish" hubcaps for 1950 Fords are shown here: http://www.oldcarbrochures.com/static/NA/Ford/1950%20Ford/1950%20Ford%20Six%20Brochure/image3.html I believe that all Crestliner's had full wheel covers, so that would be the only "correct" hub cap to use.

Exactly Tom! Crestliners had gorgeous full hubcaps, and they are very hard to find in good condition! I found a place in California that had 4 that they "Refurbished" for about $400.00, I grabbed them, put them on my 1950 Crestliner, and later "Cornered the Market" and bought about 6-or 8 over a period of time, with small blemishes, and still have them hanging on the wall in my shop. I numbered them 1-10 according to their condition, Anybody need any? Contact me!
Regards, Steve Lee
