Get in touch with 55willys on the HAMB. He made wide 5 to 5.5 adapters in the past. He just recently posted to see if there was any interest to justify making another batch. The Speedway wide five to 5.5 adapters use 5/8" studs. They are more for the roundy round guys and IIRC they aren't supposed to be for street use. The ones that 55willys makes have 1/2" studs are designed for street use.

As suggested Speedway Motors may have what you are looking for in the way of adapters.

You might get a better response on HAMB where they deal with modified vehicles. https://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/forums/the-hokey-ass-message-board.5/ Charlie Stephens

Does anyone make a wide 5 to 5.5" wheel adapter? I can only find 4.5 & 5". I am installing a TCI front suspension kit on my '39 deluxe coupe and it had a 5.5 bolt circle.
