What make and model are you working on? Do you want to remove the entire instrument cluster or just the individual gauges? Accessing the items on the backside of the instrument panel is difficult but not impossible.

Definitely need to know the model and year of the car or commercial vehicle. Also the make, Ford, Mercury, or Lincoln.

As others have suggested you need to provide the year of the vehicle you are working on. On my '46 Ford "Woodie" you need to be a contortionist to access some of the screws to remove the gauge panel.
