Did you check with Bolling Bros. ?I'm sure they can tell you. They were at the Turlock Swap Meet and I think they had a dual MC display. If you use a booster you may need a vacuum storage can to operate it.

I'm in the process of completely redoing the brakes on a 41 pickup. I am using the Boling brake setup, but wonder if anyone has used a dual reservoir with the vacuum booster setup. Both pros and cons. Thanks
