On my 1951 V-8 Custom I have removed pinon seal and overdrive oil seal. Please offer best ways to install these seals.

I used a piece of plastic pipe/fittings, if they are a little too big around, just cut them and use a radiator hose clamp to hold it to size

Thank you for the advice. I'll use it. Now the problem is finding the rear overdrive oil seal.

If the seal you are seeking is the same as the one used in the 49-59 3-speed Fords and Mercurys, it is available from MAC''s Auto Parts as part no. 21C-7052 for $5.99 plus shipping.
