Hello,got a new wheel which looks to be a rubber substance wondering what type of paint I would use to paint this anyhelp,thanks John

I used an epoxy primer followed by base coat-clear coat PPG urethane. It has held up very well for 14 years.

If that wheel was used, make sure that you wash the wheel several times with a degreasing product recommended by the company that makes the paint that you are going to use.
