I have not seen one. The switch is just a 2 terminal switch, with one wire coming from the ignition switch and the other coming from the motor. The defroster action comes from the deflector handle under the dash.

Hot air heaters We are THE source for Ford, Lincoln & Mercury hot air heaters from 1934 through 1946. For more information, contact Rob at 828-484-8908 or Scott at 626-398-4106. We reproduce softgoods and have many new and NOS parts, some of which are shown below.

I do not know the color of the wires. Mike Kubarth or Gary Mallast may know. Gary did quite a bit of research on the 38 and 39 Ford when he was writing the book and he may have the specs on the hot air heater.

A black wire was butt connected to the blower motor power supply wire and subsequently routed into the passenger compartment through “any convenient opening” and attached to the blower motor switch terminal “M”. An additional black wire was routed from the blower motor switch terminal “B” to the ignition switch terminal “GAGE”.

Cpippo, That's (your schematic) for a hot WATER heater - very different than a hot AIR heater in both the switch and wiring. My earlier post was a copy, word for word, from the authentic instructions included with a hot AIR filter. Mike "Kube" Kubarth
