To recore my 41 original radiator $800? I'm floored but need to get my coupe back on the road. I hate aluminum repro's and love total originality. Any options out there?

US Radiator makes a 4 row copper radiator for your car. Bolts right in. Lists for 617.50. Best price at classicfordradiator.com of $565.

I have my 1939 (deluxe) and 1940 (all) radiators re-cored locally by a shop that's been doing them for decades. They install new DUAL cores and do so beautifully. The cost is $500 including tax. $800 sounds a bit crazy to me... Mike "Kube" Kubarth

I would check around with a few more shops. The Brass Works 4 row comes in near the price that Kube quoted. http://www.thebrassworks.net/shop/Restored-&-Fabricated-Radiators-Ford-Car-Radiators/c10_59/p113/1940-1941-Ford-Radiator/product_info.html
