You need the two clips to attach the cap to the distributor.

You need the cap,10 rubber nipples, set clips, gaskets (2),and a rotor. Complete kit $ 58 plus $ 7 shipping . ken ct 1-203-260-9780. This is a USA made cap and rotor (borg-warner) made. Not China made with alum contacts these have solid brass contacts

I want to change my existing distributor cap to a '42-44 crab style cap. From reading the shop manual and other articles, the distributor should be the same housing and breaker plate. Therefore, All I should need to order is the 42-44 crab style cap and corresponding rotor button. Can anyone verify this? Thanks in advance for the responses. First question someone will ask is why change it. I am not a purist and the crab style looks better to me.
