Hello, Can someone tell me if the headlights trim in the attached picture is correct for a 37 Fordor Deluxe? It looks like its for a 39 or later. Maybe it was an accessory (blinkers)in 37? I just bought this car. Thanks, Gregg

The are not correct for the '37 model year. They are the after market 'bulb to sealed-beam' headlight conversion kit....

Thanks for the help guys. I am gonna rip that sucker off and restore it per original. Next I gotta figure out how to restore my brakes to original (mechanical). Someone put juice brakes on it. Maybe I should start another thread for that. Certainly there should be original stuff from all those folks that converted to juice brakes... Gregg

Hi Gregg, Well I suspect you will be getting plenty of help getting that 37 back to mechanical brakes. I have a 37 with the original mechanicals (they work fine and really not that hard to adjust!) and a 37 Panel delivery half ton that I (brace yourself) converted to juice brakes. If you need the brackets and pedal assy, let me know. I'll be cleaning some stuff out of my garage and will be at the Eastern National meet in June '17 if that would be convenient for you. Good luck with your car and you will get a lot of knowledgeable help from this forum. There's no dumb questions! I learn a lot from others queries. 42 Oink
