Has anyone seen an aftermarket set? I talked to several machine shops and no one seems to want to turn these.

If you are still in need, I am certain I have very nice (and proper) drums. Email me or a private message... Mike

First thing is it a pickup that uses the drums from the passenger car? Have you tried a wanted ad on ford barn (http://www.fordbarn.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=18) and HAMB (http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/forums/wanted.30/)? You should also add your email and general location to your profile. Good luck. Charlie Stephens

I am working on getting an old 39 truck up and running. It has been in the family for a long time and is in great shape. Started to work on the brake system and the "wide 5" drums are grooved badly. I can't seem to find a replacement drum/hub that will work. I would really like to keep the truck as original as possible due to the family history. The original wheels are also in good shape, so I don't want to have to switch. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
