Looking for someone to rebuild my vacuum wiper motor or a good quality 6 volt electric.

Year? Make? Body style? Have you checked the archives? Once you made a decision check the archives for references. The name "Ficken" seems to ring a bell. Also check on fordbarn.com. The felt paddle in the wiper motor can dry out over time. Sometimes all it takes to get them working is to shoot some oil into the vacuum supply line and work the wipers back and forth by hand a few times to saturate the paddle.
