I am trying to finish off the engine details and need to know the proper placement of labels and decals on the air cleaner, oil filter and other assorted places on a 1950 flathead V8 in an F1. Where can I find photos or other guidance? Thanks,

C&G www.cgfordparts.com has two pages of decals (Pgs 346,347) in their online catalog for your truck. One tip for applying them: the surface must be absolutely clean. Use a non residue cleaner such as a carb or brake cleaner before application, or they will eventually peel. The air cleaner goes on the front, and the oil filter on the side, as I recall.

The sticker on the air cleaned probably went where someone stuck it. Mine's on the right side.
