You are very welcome. I subscribe to the saying "no one lives long enough to make all the mistakes". Most of us old timers have made more than our share.

My recollection is that the ignition and doors used separate keys. That is, the doors all were keyed alike. The glove box was sometimes the same as the ignition. A good source for reliable key info is Jessers Classic Keys, www-jessersclassickeys.com

My Dad has a 53 Panel (5Star Deluxe Cab) Does anyone know the lock key combo. Specifically with 3 door locks (including the back door) do they all match the ignition key? Was the glove compartment lockable and was it a separate key? Thanks for your help
