Where can I purchase a rebuilt or new pressure plate? I don't have a core. Thanks, Fred

Try the V8 SHOP in NY state, and JOBLOT in NY. both good sources for FORD PARTS also your local NAPA AUTO PARTS might have the clutch pack, you should replace the 4 parts, pilot bearing, throw out bearing, clutch disc, clutch pressure plate, hope this helps,37RAGTOPMAN

Most vendors will sell the pressure plate without a core, with a core charge of about $60. C&G sells one for your car at $110 for the 10" (CA-1477), core charge is $60. That is about $25 more than the 9.5" Ford unit, which is different from your Merc. As rebuildable parts get even more scarce, I would expect these prices to eventually look like a bargain.
