They fit, but they will also leak if your cowl vent is not adjusted properly.

No lip. Stays put when vent is open, tight seal, no leaks. Why even in a modified car?

Why the need for a gasket with a lip? The correct gasket installs easily and seals quite well. I could 'possibly' see this in a modified car application but still would have to question the need. On a properly restored car? No way...

Drake finally caled and said that they had the new 40 cowl vent gasket with a lip. Has anyone seen one and is it the correct shape??
