I installed an accessory hot water heater a while back and recently, when I was under the hood I started looking at my hose routing and I'm still not sure I have them routed correctly. Kube, would you have an easy to follow sketch or some good photos to share? Thanks in advance.

Here are copies of the papers that came with a NOS heater.

I don't know if this helps-you can see the line that goes from the heater down through the clamp at the conduit fairly clearly-you cannot see the termination on the right, lower radiator hose. The second hose (that goes from the heater to the valve on the right cylinder head) is much harder to see-it is curved around the top of the valve chamber cover and is visible below the carb. I think this is the correct routing...this is the way mine has always been (Mike-does this look correct to you?)

RAK402, Thanks for the photo. I'm pretty sure my hose routing isn't like yours. I'll investigate further and report back.

RAK402 I checked my heater hose routing and found it's just backwards from yours. I like your arrangement much better and it seems more straightforward. Don't know where I came up with my routing, but I'll be correcting it in the next few days. Thanks for the helpful photo.
