Simply use a hand operated old time oil gun. Prime it first in an external can to make sure it will deliver oil on the first pull of the trigger. Hold open the cover of the oil port with the nozzle of the gun, and place one drop of oil into the port.

do what the old time garage mechanics did--drain the used oil, refill with appropriate oil check the oil level and use the dipstick to put a drop in the cups!
