I have a 40 Ford Deluxe 2 door sedan that is in dire need of sheet metal. Does anybody know where I might find and buy the rear body corners as a patch panel or is it something I’m going to have to make?

Mac's has a lot of sheet metal parts-you might check to see what they have.

Check with a company called EMS. They sell all sorts of patch panels. www.emsautomotive.com

I have checked Macs, EMS, Denis Carpenter, Ecklers, CW Miss, Direct Sheet metal and Bob Drake. I’ll take any and all suggestions. Thanks you for the ones I’ve gotten so far.

At least with EMS, plan on doing quite a bit of work to make them fit properly. They are a good (and cheap) place to go if nothing else is available.
