1948 springs are not even close to being the same as 1940.

I remember the covered springs on the 1948 had grease fittings on them. Makes me wonder if keeping the springs greesed made the car ride better. I think we still have a covered spring off a '48. Wonder if it would be the same as a 1940.

I'd install them. In fact, I'd just done two springs a few weeks ago. However, I don't believe they are being made any longer.

Are coverd springs still be made and installed by Kube or dan in the club??? Can someone report on this please....
