One of my Halogen headlights is cracked. Where can I buy a replacement not having the three ears on the face?

Three years ago I was able to get them from Midwest Early Ford, Springfield Ohio, (937) 325-2408. No idea if he is still in business or if he still sells this unusual item. The brighter halogen bulbs are still working great, and I was satisfied with his service. (When one of the bulbs provided did not light up fully, he promptly sent a replacement.) At that time he told me he is able to provide the unusual no-tab bulbs by sourcing the standard 6 volt halogens with tabs, and then taking them to his local glass shop to have the tabs ground off.

I use over the counter halogen lamps in my '40. I also use a bench grinder with a reasonably fine wheel to remove the alignment bumps. Go slow & don't overheat, about 5 minutes per lamp. I have done several with no problems.
