If your truck originally came with lever type shocks and you can't find replacements, you might want to have the original shocks rebuilt. Here are two places that do this work: https://www.applehydraulicsonline.com/pages/find-your-car classicautoshocks@yahoo.com

I have USED Period Correct shocks for sale in Spokane, Wa......there was a few sizes, types so a part number or photo might be needed..... Rick
