Topic: Source for exhaust?

Who has gotten an exhaust they are happy with? The pipe from my 4 cylinder to the muffler is OK, looking for the muffler and back. It is a Tudor if it matters

My catalogs list the "correct" muffler for 32-34 as 48-5230-C, if you plan to show the car. As for tailpipes, and other parts of the system, we have them made up by a very good local shop. These parts are subject to expensive shipping costs, and seldom just bolt on, anyway. If you have the old pipes as a pattern, so much the better. For lightly driven cars, having them made up of stainless steel makes sense. They are more expensive, but last for many years. I have some made over 20 years ago that are still good.

While I would like to get as close to original as I can, I am not trying to be perfect. Who sells a muffler that is close to correct? Macs sells a muffler but they are on backorder.

Try C&G (800/266-0470). We have dropped several vendors from our list due to indefinite backorders.
