I've recently bought a '32 Ford and I'm looking for some help finding the following original 1932 Ford parts: 1.) A working column drop with lock and switch. 2.) A rumble seat step with pad 3.) An original set of rumble seat grab rails and window rests Ideally, I would like original Ford parts if I can find them. Thank you!

Welcome to the Forum. There is a classified section on this web site and you will have more people with parts to sell reading that section. The Ford Barn also has a classified section called the Swap Meet. You can list your wanted parts there. This section of the web site is designed to give people who need help with problems on their cars, get answers in a timely manner. There are several vendors that sell only original Ford parts. They advertise in Hemmings and on the internet. Some of them are Baxter Ford Parts in Kansas, Lowell Kimble in Iowa, and Mike Dennis. You can google those name for contact information and browse Hemming ads at http://www.hemmings.com Little Dearborn in Minnesota has many NOS parts, but I doubt they will have the parts that you need. Finding quality parts for any old car is a test of endurance. Most of the repro parts are now made "off shore", and are often of questionable quality. Genuine NOS parts have become very rare, and are priced accordingly, often well beyond reason. When you advertise, be very wary of responses offering NOS, "mint condition", etc. Many responses are just "phishing" for the uninitiated and unsuspecting buyer. Demand proof, including photos, of offered items and, in the case of high value pieces, references to previous buyers. If the "seller" balks, or gets cranky, that is a "red flag", and should be discounted. All of us who have been in the hobby for a very long time have gotten "bitten" by these frauds at least once, so be careful as you proceed. These precautions also apply to the online sources.

I would also suggest the HAMB board off the fordbarn. That is the forum for the hotrods. A lot of those guys might be getting rid of original parts so they can put on custom stuff.
