Go to; www.wescottsauto.com. There is a line drawing and dimensions of the 32 frame on their website. Go to the left menu and go to the tech section.

Since the K member will probably be removed when installing a SBC what do you need the measurement for? Knowing what you need the measurement for might make it easier. You should also post on HAMB as they are into the modified vehicles http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/.

Charlie Stevens, If the K frame is welded in , why would you remove it to install the eng. and trans ???? Isn't the purpose of the K frame the strength of the rails and all the parts to be added ????? .....Thanks, Vince ( Bradenton , Fl, )

If you are planning on running an early Ford closed drive transmission then there is no need to remove the K member. The reason I said probably is that I assumed you were going to run a late model trans that would require the K member to be removed or extensively cut up. I would not recommend an early Ford closed driveline with a 350 SBC. On the other hand I wouldn't recommend a SBC (unless I was posting on HAMB). I like flatheads or a 4 banger.
