Does anyone recognize this windshield washer nozzle assembly? What car or truck does it belong to? The gentleman it came from says he took it off a flathead Ford vehicle many years ago, but can't remember what it was.

Grant, Ford did offer an accessory windshield washer for '46 thru '48 but it had a nozzle for each section of windshield, not dual as your picture. I'm not so sure that what you picture is a Ford windshield cleaner. Wouldn't cowl vents be an issue?

Good point. I agree that the design of this dual nozzle device probably would not be suitable for a vehicle with a cowl vent. Maybe it is meant for '49 and later? Or truck? Or perhaps this is an aftermarket item, and not a genuine FoMoCo part?

It is most likely an aftermarket nozzle. The parts catalogs up to 53 show 2 nozzles are used. Tom

Thanks, everybody. I'll look around carefully at the Bakersfield meet to see if any of the vehicles there have a windshield washer nozzle like this one.
