I am unable to lock and unlock the lt front door with the key. It use to work but, since I replaced the springs in the latch and inside door handle it won't work. It does turn until the last 1/4 turn; then it won't budge.

My guess is you replaced the pawl within the latch incorrectly. That will make it operate exactly as you describe. Don't ask me how I know
