Hoping someone can help with the I'd of the drain plug. Is it possible that this is a truck motor? Thanks in advance. RJR

Looks like a standard 39-48 plug to me, with the exception that someone has welded a piece to it

I agree. Now that I look closer it does look like the piece was welded on later. I'm just trying to learn as much as I can about my car. Thanks for looking. RJR
