Topic: 1936 Fordor glass removal

Can anyone tell me how to remove the front door glass?
The service bulletins only are for 1934. The channel does not seem to be able to be tipped to remove the rollers. Do the two machine screws that are visible on the rear gear have anything to do with removing the glass?
Thanks for the help

just put windows in a 36 and a 34. they are basically the same. look for an odd hole in the door structure along the area of the window mech. raise window up and down until you see a stop screw that is one the window mech gears. remove this stop and wind window down, the two arms will actually go down and almost come together, the window "rollers" will actually come out of the channel on the bottom of the glass. if you do not remove the window tracks you lower the window even further down past the "rollers" and let it out of the tracks, then remove it out the top,

Alan are you talking about the 2 machine screws on the rear gear? I did remove the bolt that is in the middle of the channel. Doesn't seem to want to go further down.
