Topic: 1938 Deluxe model 81A horsepower?

I just purchased my 1938 Deluxe Fordor Sedan. The former owner had no idea as to the engine hp. As I have been reading I believe my model 81A is an 85hp engine vs. 60hp. The left side cylinder head has a cast 81A near the lower front. Is my understanding correct that my 1938 is a 85hp engine? Also are all engines referred to as a V8 60?

Count the head studs. If you have 17, it is a V-8 60. If you have 24, it is an 85.

Thanks. There are 24 so the V8 has 85hp.
