Topic: 38 ford hood side panels

  I'm looking for information about attaching the side panels on my 38 deluxe. there is a lip with a hole in it on the top of the side panel about 8 inches from the cowl in line with hood hinge. what hardware is used there to hold the top of the panel in place. I can't find anything in my catalogs.

  It's a Ford proprietary oval head screw, you might ask Roy:

  I think it should be a pan head screw, so it sits flat on the lip.

  thanks again alan. roy already emailed me with a part number and I found his webite.
I will be calling in the order tomorrow,i'm sure hes closed now for the fourth.
