  There is a NYS certified appraiser over here in Ballston Spa NY, not far from the MA-NY State border. Did my '47 for insurance purposes. He once mentioned he has also judged vintage Fords at some national events. If interested I'll send his data.

  Contact your insurance company. Most of them have the names of qualified appraisers.

  Why do you need an appraiser? If you are trying to settle an estate a copy of a page from "The Old Cars Price Guide" might give you what you need.

  The only true "price guide" is what was recently paid in a sale that was not forced. If you are trying to set an "agreed value" for insurance purposes, the company will either agree with your request, or ask for photos and other data, such as receipts, for work, to demonstrate why your car is an exception. With the collectorcar market in great flux now, values are depressed, soit may be difficult to exceed sale fata.
