Just test ran my 48 F1, and it runs great. However, am getting a small amount of oil seeping out of Exhaust manifold connection at # 8. Only thing I can think of is a bad valve exhaust valve guide letting oil up the valve stem. Any other thoughts out there?

I would do a compression test dry then wet. On an overhead if the car starts and you see blue smoke and it goes away it indicates valve guides or seals. If it's blue all the time its bearings on some times rings.
