I have a 47 Tudor. Is it possible to install 3 point seat belts? If only lap belts what is the best attachment points? Appreciate any advise.

It should be. Check with Julianos. They have three point belts with an anchor you can use in the B pillar. They even have some videos on their web site, although they weld the bracket in. If you car is done, the anchors they sell work great. They are terrific on the phone, too, if you need help. http://www.julianos.com/Seat-Belts-s/96.htm

My '47 coupe "B" pillar has a 3/4 +- wide vertical slot between its front and rear folded-formed edges (remove upholstery panel to see). So I slid my 3/4 inch shoulder belt anchor bolt, with threaded anchor plate loosely scr*w*d on it, upwards in the slot and bolted (not welded) the plate to each side of the "B" pillar flanges at a proper height. I then made a hole for the bolt in the thin upholstery panel and reinstalled the panel back in-place, and tightened-down the 3/4 inch shoulder belt anchor.
