I'm almost finished with a 4-year restoration of my 40 Club Cabriolet and I find myself in the embarrassing position of have two metal panels and no place to put them. They seem to be a set, although one is 10" X 10" and the other is 11" X 12". My 40 was made in Canada but I can't imagine they'd have panels that an American made ragtop didn't. Anyway, if anyone has any idea where these go. please give me a shout. I can be reached via email at mickalbright@aol.com. Thanks

Mike, You can now rest easy... those panels do not belong on a '40 Ford convertible. Period ![]() Mike Kubarth

Thank you Mike. I'm guessing that the shop that painted my car thought they were a part of my '40 and gave them back to me when they were from another car they had in the shop at the time. Again, many thanks.
