Looking for info, hopefully pictures of the hinge for the seat, back of seat hinges up to allow entry into the second trunk area. Anyone know if they are available from a supplier ?

I may be able to help you. I have the seat assembly and frame, which still had the original tag from the factory. Through the forum, I learned that it was from a 1940 business coupe. Probably the same design. If you're interested, call me @ 941 485 5131 until April 28, After that call me at 920 739 9448.

Hey Jim, Just a little "FYI"... the 1940 Ford "business coupe" had auxiliary jump seats in the rear area. Thus, the front seat was split in the center just like a Tudor sedan seat.
The "coupe", yep, just "coupe" had a package tray and as such required the seat you possess.

Respectfully,
Mike Kubarth
