Try Valley Spring in Dixon,Ca. 707-678-3944. They have powder coated two sets of wheels for me plus other items. A little slow sometimes , but good work. Also check with Brandon or Aaron at East Bay Speed and Custom in Concord. Ph# 925-708-0883. They nay know someone closer than Dixon.
