Today I received my registration refund. It was a pleasant surprise. I was ready to eat the misfortune along with everyone else. It is nice to see the national club helped out. Volunteers hosting these meets are the backbone of the national club. They have enabled me to meet many great people. Thanks to everyone for your hard work. I personally realize how time consuming just mailing out the checks and accompanying letter can be.

Thanks for the kind words Frank. And thanks to you for making the trip from the East Coast (un-announced no less). We are sorry we could not fulfill the entire Central National Meet -- BUT, we thank everyone for coming to Minnesota, even if we did have to send you home. And yes, it did take a lot of time to send everything out. Now for a marketing commercial -- we do have items left over -- and they are for sale. Watch for an announcement in the next issue of the V-8 TIMES.
