I can tell you for sure the brake and clutch pedals are 1940. 01A is a 1940 prefix. I'm sure someone else will weigh in on the other two components.

looks like 1940 to me,I know these will not fit 1939 if that is what you wanted to do,
1939 is a one year only,
I know because I converted a 1937 platform pickup to hydraulics

The number 014-2467 is not a good part number. The number for a 1940 car is 01A-2473. This is a bracket and shaft assembly. The number is most likely a casting number and not a part number. The pedal number, 01A-7520 is for a 1940. All the parts you have are most likely 1940. The part number for a 1939 bracket is 91A-2467. Casting numbers found sometimes on a part are not necessarily the part number, sometimes it is. 1939 and 1940 pedal assemblies are completly different.
