After a tour stop, I could not get the Ford to fire up. Believe the switch is broken as I can move it up and down with the key off and the steering locked. Any diagrams on how to take this apart? Hints? Suggestions?

How about more detail. Does the steering column mechanically lock properly when the key is turned? Does the switch handle move the switch movable contact properly? Have you removed the wires and the switch to inspect the switch internals, is this a car or truck? are the two screws holding the switch to the column drop, tight or loose?
