I have purchased a seat 1936 Coupe from a fellow V8er. My problem is I live in Maine and he lives in Wisconsin. Have anyone gone through this and how did you ship without it costing more than the seat?? Thanks for any suggestions or help. Dale Thorpe Ps; my email is dalet1944@yahoo.com Thanks

Moving companies sometimes will ship with another shipment. Sometimes you have to drop off and pick up at the warehouse.

The seat may be too big to ship by bus.

Dale, I had great success shipping large items via Greyhound (bus line). I had a 35-36 rumble seat top and bottom shipped with trim panels. A very large box but, no issues. The shipping cost was a lot cheaper than what commercial shippers would of charged. This might work for you.
