The transmission housing on my '40 has zerks fittings on both sides of housing at the clutch shaft for lubricating the bushings and shaft. 2 questions: 1: I'm assuming the replacement bushings will (or should) have holes in them for lube to reach the shaft? 2: What lube should I use, corn head grease? Thanks. Dan

Dan, Most of the reproduction bushings will not have the holes in them. As you have figured (correctly) they should. You can use plain ol' chassis grease in these two places. No need for Corn Head grease. Mike "Kube" Kubarth
