I am getting ready to have my locks and hinges rechromed on my fordor touring sedan and after I removed them it says ferro 17092 lh and rh on the hinges and on one of the locks its says ferro (with a stylized F like Ford used) 3 and has a pat, no 1827319. Sounds like you have the "Real McCoy", as the markings were typical of those used by the manufacturers of the Ford lock and hinge pieces. Lincoln.
