I need to know where I can get a woodgraining kit so I can complete my 1940 window frames.

A kit? Kits are available on line from a number of companies. Quality kits are around $500. If this project is the only one you intend to do, I would strongly advise letting a "pro" do it for you. I would urge you to utilize the services of Honest Charley's. Extremely good craftsmanship, prompt service and very reasonable. Mike "Kube" Kubarth

Mike always gives good advice. In my opinion, the only guy to use is Lauren Matley in Sun City West, AZ. I know him well and have worked under his tutelage many times. He has original trim from all makes, all years and his work is incredible. I have also tried the kits and they are problematic even for an experienced person. Tell Lauren Don sent you and he will break the price your way. Attached is a 32 that I decided to do in a walnut burl...no kit involved.
