Has anyone used Haney or Fryer to rebuild your water pumps? If so how was the results? I have a 1936 Ford with 21 stud engine. Jim W

I had Skip Haney rebuild the pumps in my 52 Ford. They work great. I had overheating problems, no more.

I have had George rebuild quite a number of my pumps to date. All have been done with wonderful craftsmanship. While I have never seen a difference in operating temperature, that may have more to do with the fact the entire cooling systems in my restorations have been properly restored and as such do not require any "magic" water pumps to do anything more than what was originally expected of them.
You will not regret having George rebuild your pumps. He is professional, a good guy and delivers what he promises.

I have used the Fryer pumps and have had excellent luck with them. Never had any heating problems after they were installed. Pumps are only part of the equation. They will not solve heating problems if you have crud in the block and or radiator.

I have had George "Skip" Haney rebuild several sets of '33-'36 water pumps. He has also done several sets of '37-'48 pumps for me as well. Skip does excellent work and he stands behind what he does. I have not had any problems with any of Skip's rebuilds. I have heard that Fryer also does excellent work but I have not personally had any pumps rebuilt by him.

I had Daryl Fryer rebuild my water pumps no problems. Good honest man quick turn around. Best of luck.
