Parts and complete hubs are shown in the C&G catalog. It is online at www.cgfordparts.com The original hub is a "Rube Goldberg" design that is prone to failure if not properly maintained. The correct oil is 80-90 transmission oil. I know the fan blade decal says "motor oil", but is incorrect. Remove the filler, add oil, and before reinstalling the plug, turn the filler hole downward to drain excess oil. I fought those hubs for years, and finally made a ball bearing hub for my '47. My alternator required a very tight belt, and the original hub doesn't have a bearing, as such, so the change was the cure.
