When installing head studs what is the best thread sealant to use ?Any special procedures?

We use Permatex non hardening sealer on all studs, as we replace all studs on overhauls. When you thread the studs into the block, turn them down only until the thread is fully in the block, no further. Be sure you have matched the studs or bolts to their correct position, as there are three different lengths used.
