I'm embarrassed to ask but I can't remember how to remove the round fabric cover in the rear floorboard that allows access to the top of the fuel tank. I thought it just pulled out but attempting that makes me feel like I may damage it. Bill Brown '34 Cabriolet

The round fabric cover is over the banjo - not the gas tank . The rectangular one held down with one screw is over the gas tank connections . That said the fabric cover will have 3 tabs you pry back out of the slots in the floor pan to release it .
