Did the 39 Deluxe use fender welting between grill and fender? Thanks in advance, Abchurch

If you have the V-8 Club's 38-39 book you can find the information on page 2-25. All 38-39 cars had the welting between the grille and the front fenders. If you don't have the 38-39 book I would recommend it if you are restoring a 38-39 car.

Yes, I have the book but simply missed the paragraphs. Thanks for the info and also for reminding me that the book does indeed cover a lot of the details. Abchurch

You are welcome. Glad you have the book as it does cover a lot of facts on the 38-39 Fords. Sometimes we all forget to check our "library" to answer questions.
